About Us

Zimbabwe Receivables Market Place (Private) Limited (ZRM) was incorporated in 2020 as a joint venture between the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Limited (ZSE) and Harare Receivables Exchange (Private) Limited (HRE) to offer working capital solutions through receivables discounting and trading.

What does ZRM do?

ZRM exists to facilitate the reallocation of capital from institutional investors to corporations looking for working capital. This allows ZRM to provide;

  • Working capital solutions for SMEs and established businesses
  • An alternative investment class for institutions

How it works?

  1. Supplier delivers goods and services to its customers (buyers) creating invoices
  2. Supplier uploads invoice onto the ZRM platform
  3. Financiers bid and the winning bidder advances funds to the Supplier
  4. Supplier is financed
  5. Payment of receivables by the Buyer is made to ZRM when the invoice falls due

Who can register?

The following categories of applicants can be registered on the ZRM platform subject to meeting the application requirements.


Companies providing goods and services on credit terms and wishing to raise working capital based on the outstanding invoices. Suppliers should be tax compliant and meet the criteria specified by ZRM.


Consumers of goods and services that have been supplied on credit. Suppliers can register at their option


Financiers are institutions or high net worth individuals with sufficient funds (as determined occasionally by ZRM) that can compete on bidding for the invoices registered by the sellers.
